We were asked to create a multi-faceted co-work space, that appeals to both the younger and older generations. A lot of time was taken to create a space layout that speaks to the clientele, while keeping in mind that rentable space is at the top point of the business model. Warm Oak, rich colours and functional seating was placed with intention, creating a central meeting point that is ideal for social gatherings, and building a community.
Comfortable and functional
The spaces are equipped with comfortable seating, practical workstations, and amenities that balance aesthetics with everyday usability.
Collaborative and flexible
Designed to encourage interaction and flexibility, with open-plan layouts, adaptable workstations, and communal areas that foster collaboration.
