We’re looking for a motivated and friendly Weekend Showroom Assistant to join our team and help us continue to exceed our customers' expectations.

• Interest in interior design, architecture and product design
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree in interior design, decorating or architecture is a plus.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
• Availability to work on weekends
• Positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom.
• Provide knowledgeable information about our products and services.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain the showroom’s appearance, ensuring it is clean, organised, and visually appealing.
• Assist with product displays and restocking as needed.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash and card payments.
• Support the team with administrative tasks and reporting as required.
• Help with opening and closing the showroom according to established procedures.
• Assist customers in custom enquiries.
• Assist clients in material knowledge of Acre products.
• Educate clients on Acre’s interior offering.
